Very nice item at a reasonable price
However, delivery by post is a disaster as often
Received the delivery notice on Wednesday but waited all day in vain! Same thing on Thursday, the same delivery notice and the postman doesn't even stop! I had to stop him on his return, the package was indeed in the vehicle but he didn't know it and didn't care at all
Too bad it has nothing to do with the top hat but they should change carriers quickly

I am very disappointed with the trilby model I just received. It fits poorly, is not provided with reducers, and is way too high. I did not order a top hat! I do not recommend this model from this supplier.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
For the wedges in lines, yes we do not provide them during shipping but we send them for free if the hat is a bit large.
We are also disappointed that the information on the height of the crown was not seen because as noted on the product sheet, this model has a crown of 10 cm.
It is certainly possible to return the item if you do not like it.

Certainly there is a choice but at the time of payment, the payments are refused and this by card so you have to call to either reorder or pay the person online who is not very nice!!

Maybe a validation problem with the sizes. Having opted for size 61, my order was taken as 58, so a return back, correction to 61 but delivered 58. Mystery! but no problem with the exchange
