Everything was almost perfect.
The only small complaint: it was only after placing the order that I was informed that the hat was on backorder, without any indication of when it would be available. However, it was a summer hat, and nothing indicated when it would be available! I called your services and was very kindly reassured! The hat was finally delivered and it is great!!! So we are very happy!

Hello. The criticism does not concern the product or the speed of delivery (which both deserve five stars) but the connection to the account; it was impossible for me. I then called and the order was smoothly processed thanks to my contact person.

delay since shipping without issues.
You should inform about delivery times when the ordered product is out of stock. It would be more reassuring for the customer.
Received product corresponds to the order

Hello, I am missing one item out of 4: the Cousteau Marine beanie in one size. Will you wait for a restock or will you issue a credit?

Very good customer service, product recall available, fast shipping, very well packaged. A small downside regarding the price being higher than in different colors.
