Original product that seems to be of quality. I just didn't find a label justifying a place of production.

This is the second time I buy a hat from the hat shop, and I am still just as delighted! You sell real little wonders!
The delivery time was a bit long for this hat, which is explained by the fact that it comes from Australia!
It's a very beautiful hat, of very good quality. Less comfortable than the old Stetson I had, which didn't have a hard shell, this one is nevertheless sturdier and of better quality!
I am very happy :)

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
thank you for your comment, please excuse us for this delay but the time it took us to manufacture them in the desired sizes without the text part took a bit longer than expected.
We hope that the bachis will give you complete satisfaction.

Beautiful quality (sailor) cap, exactly as shown in the photo (and its description). Carefully packaged: tissue paper and reinforced cardboard. Forgive this easy pun, but 'Hats off!' both for the quality of the item and for its delivery!

I am happy with the hat, but disappointed with the final invoice with the fees that customs charged me. 22.50 CHF or about 20 euros. I will not buy anything in France again.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, it is normal that you paid customs fees. Indeed, VAT in France is 20%, but you do not pay it since you pay the tax of your country. It is therefore normal that you pay these customs fees since VAT is not paid in France.

After a friendly phone welcome, I placed an order. The quality of the service is very high, delivery is very fast with perfect packaging. Aside from the quality of the product (magnificent), what I remember the most is the kindness and professionalism of this store.

When searching for a product on the site, the application indicated a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks depending on the size searched, and at the time of placing the order this time was reduced to 48 hours, good!
