Orders and exchanges made without difficulty. One problem: the inability to know the availability date of the ordered or to-be-ordered products and therefore their delivery times.

Order of a beret
Product conforms, seems to be of good quality (not tested as it's for a gift)
However, average packaging, just a label saying very fragile, but the envelope arrived in bad condition.
Luckily it was just a flat beret

Traclet is top for the immense choice of hats. Well received my order of a fedora hat made in Italy. Good packaging, fast shipping, very beautiful hat, elegant, perfect and unbeatable price.

Easy to place an order. I was asked for the 504 Tropic Ventair. Nowhere did I find all these terms together on the site. By going to the manufacturer's site (US), I could see that the images and descriptions matched.

Slight difficulty in finding the color I wanted.
Because there is no dropdown menu by model to choose color.

The quality of the product is very good but I made a mistake in the size and it is way too big (I ordered size 61 when 58 would have sufficed). I would like to exchange and for this purpose I think I will return my order to you.
