Great site, very good advice given by friendly, competent and available advisors (and yet, I have abused a bit).

I wanted to order the hat specified below on the day I received a code allowing me to get a 10% discount. However, the model was no longer available. But when it was available again, I placed an order but could not benefit from the discount. Not very commercial!

The hat box seems fragile for checked luggage. I will have to keep it in carry-on baggage. The straps are really beautiful and comfortable.

Package arrived well but, in my absence, handed over to people I do not know, living on my street, it took me two days to retrieve my box, I would have preferred the package to be dropped off at the Post Office or a pickup point

Serious. However, the product indications are not detailed (measurements) and therefore very disappointed with the result.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
What additional information do you need?
In Chapellerie, women's sizes are 55/56 cm for one-size hats.
We offer hats that we make in France and that we size.
We cannot impose our way of seeing on a brand.
But we also cannot impose on you to choose a French product that has size.
Furthermore, if you have any questions, we respond both by phone at 04 77 71 40 58 and by email.
It is still better to ask if you have questions than to make a criticism afterwards knowing that we already provide a lot of information about the product.
Best regards
Traclet

A lot of choices. It would be nice like some sites to set up a virtual try-on from a photo
