Only the one-month delay between the order and receipt is a bit long but the quality is perfect.

The photo of the Daniel Vial scarf on the site has nothing to do with the scarf received, which is not hand-painted, but a simple striped scarf. The return of merchandise is too complicated, I do not want to be forced to have a Paypal account.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The model is indeed a Daniel Vial model as it is our only manufacturer.
For the return shipping costs, it is still a proposed solution to have the return shipping costs.
Our store cannot cover these costs and Paypal is a solution to limit transport costs for our customers.
Best regards

I want to congratulate the person at the phone reception for their listening, investment, and skills. Thanks to him I was able to order the hat I wanted and not another one, as he found the solution despite a size issue. Thank you again for your professionalism, your wise advice, and your kindness. The package arrived on time and in perfect condition. Don't hesitate to call them.

The package arrived well, but just with 1 day delay. But it's not a big deal, the caps are very useful these days

very professional site; excellent products that were recommended to us by our dermatologist.
We would have just liked more precision regarding the exact delivery date as our product was out of stock and required a restock. We had no idea how long it would take.
