Disappointment upon receiving my first package when opening and noticing the size error, a cap size M instead of size L. A call to customer service and 2 days later the issue was resolved, phew! Thank you Traclet for your quick response...

The hat itself is very nice. However, the lining at the forehead poses a real problem with sweating.
Can I order a black 'head reducer' for €9.45, exempting me from the shipping fee of €4.10?
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Looking forward to your response,
Paul Romier

I recommend Traclet without hesitation for the quality of their products. The shipment was made as indicated on the site. The only downside during my order: the delivery. The site indicates Colissimo but the delivery was made by an independent carrier for whom delivery times are apparently not a priority. This does not necessarily depend on Traclet but it affects the overall quality of the service.
