The delivery was longer than expected and the hat in the package was slightly bent, due to insufficiently solid protection during transport as the package itself was also slightly deformed on one of the upper edges. I placed the hat on a stand and it quickly regained its shape.

Very good site especially for berets. For hats, a lot of choices but the downside is that you can't try them on and, since they are made to order, if the second order still doesn't fit, you only get a credit. I think it's better to go to a store to buy a hat.

Meh! I had trouble registering, the site completely froze, I had to call Tacle (very friendly and patient person) but nothing appeared on their end. I restarted my registration with another address I think, finally I was clever, and then my registration was triggered! It's annoying when you come across sites like this, it's rare fortunately, but know that I almost gave up the purchase.
