I am satisfied with the order but the sizes I chose are too large, too bad, and yet my wife measured my head circumference precisely, it is not 61 that I should have taken, moreover although I ordered 2 caps in 61 one of them the Traclet is larger than the other!

Perfect... but it's a shame that shipping costs are not included in the selling price (139e still) delivery time a bit longer than indicated....

The navigation is perfect. The delivery took one day longer (Colissimo route error).
Only the product does not match the order. I returned it.
I will not rate you for now.

I needed a hat due to an illness where I lost my hair. This is the first time I have used Sté Traclet and I am not disappointed. I gave 4 stars because I do not know Sté Traclet. Next time it will be a 5*

However despite the payment issues good site and very well received by customer service.

Very difficult like every year to have Massoud pakols in size 61/62 with the right model and color.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, we do not understand the comment because you ordered a sailor cap in size 61 cm. For the pakol, we can make them in size 61 cm. Best regards, Traclet.

Perfect in logistics.
Just a downside. Be careful when you advise to take a size down for the Stetson brand. My size is 60 I ordered 60, 61 and it is perfect.

I waited FOUR WEEKS for the delivery of my beret due to restocking. When ordering, I was told a delay of one to two weeks. And I have had absolutely no news from the manufacturer. The only information from colissimo was when the package was deposited with them.
I do not recommend this manufacturer
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
Please excuse us for this delay a bit longer than expected, the manufacturing at our manufacturer took a bit longer due to numerous orders at the end of the year.
We hope that the beret will give you complete satisfaction.

I thought I was buying French, given the description and the price... it seems that it supports its industry, so I support it.
White beanie article. Seems to be of good quality and made in France.
Black beanie article. Too thick for its use, more of a winter beanie than a night one. And a big made in China label as a bonus. Stamped transfer by GB company...
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, it's normal, the white beanie is made in France at 19 euros while the black beanie you chose is the model at 14 euros and made in China as indicated on the product sheet. It is of course possible to change it for the black color like the model received in white if you wish.

Double cotton, that's not true! Otherwise horrifically expensive for what it is. Goodbye.

Hello
For the cap, this one is indicated with a cotton lining, did you want another lining or did we make a composition error?
We offer other brands than Stetson, we also have Bailey, Brixton, Kangol, Flechet and our brand Traclet
