Very disappointed with the vulgar cardboard containing a hat at 100 euros.. hat delivered without gift box while it is for a Christmas gift.. I find that unacceptable on my part.. it looks like a second-hand item!!

This Brixton hat worth 90 euros does not come with a hat box but we offer them starting from 8 euros up to more than 1800 euros depending on your choice.
Furthermore, we offer a gift wrapping service for 2 euros.
This should be compared to the 90 euros of the hat with the shipping costs in colissimo offered by Chapellerie Traclet worth 6 euros.
The cardboard is made in Roanne in the Loire to ensure quality transport and avoid transport mishaps.
Finally, this hat has the brand labels wrapped in tissue paper as houses like Borsalino, Stetson, Flechet do.

However, the information about the fabric is well noted on the product sheet like all the products we sell. In two places, one in the long description and also in the information table about dimensions, the quality of the fabric. Please let us know where you would have liked to see it because we put this information on all our products in two places and until today, this remark has not been communicated to us, especially since this product was developed for a customer based on a fabric we proposed among many others.
