S-54/55 the size - NO - it's a 55. Being a 54 I have to reinforce the inside. Too bad that for women you don't always start with 54.

The announced elosegui finish is not at all up to par,
The first order was compliant, meaning an elosegui product, however the second one is aaaaaa!!!!!!.....Product of mediocre industrial quality with wool that
pills.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
We offer different qualities of berets ranging from berets sourced from Asia, Italy, Spain with Elosegui but also French qualities with Laulhère and the French Beret.
If the quality of Elosegui does not suit you, it needs to be changed but this cannot be attributed to us.
Indeed, each customer being unique, we offer different qualities.
If this one does not suit, it is better to change it.
Best regards

Delivery time announced 2 to 3 weeks. After 1 month of waiting, we had to call for the shipment of our item to be initiated. Address to avoid if you are in a hurry

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for this additional delay of one week.
It is not because you called us that the shipment was triggered.
Tilley had a delay in its delivery due to the upcoming summer season.
We hope that the hat will satisfy you.
Best regards

Order arrived quickly and without any particular problem. Merchandise ok; packaging quite too bulky compared to the item. Otherwise, all ok, thank you.

Hello,
Personally, I would find it useful to add photos of your items worn. This is to have a better overview.
Certain information is missing, for example, for a gavroche, the dimensions of the flat gavroche.
Thank you

Normal, nothing to report. The manufacturing was French and not Basque-Spanish as indicated. That's good, but what about traceability..

The site is very well designed and offers a wide choice.
However, it should be noted that the country of manufacture is not always indicated. This is an important criterion for me. To be completed if possible.
