Rather less user-friendly than the generality of today. Too many models have only one visual. Inability to make a wish list. And prices are too high.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
thank you for your message. Several things concern us because on the ordered product, there are more than 6 photos of the cap
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/casquette-vierge/1642-casquette-adin-wax-tartan.html
As for the wish list, it does exist, for that you need to log in with an account to keep your wishes.
As for the prices like Stetson, they are imposed prices so everyone has the same.
However, you have loyalty points that allow you to benefit from discounts.
Best regards

My payment was processed immediately and the three weeks announced for delivery were not respected. My complaint activated the delivery, but no apologies from you or any gestures of attention towards me as a customer.

Smelly packaging
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The cap is indeed available in the next size down, either M or S.
For the packaging, when sending, we do our best to send quality cartons made in Roanne. Did the package suffer any openings or have a product on it?

They do not meet their delivery deadlines...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for the delay, normally it is 3-5 weeks and we have gone to 7 weeks due to manufacturing delays.
During manufacturing, we are necessarily dependent on the workshop that produces it.
We hope, however, that the hat will satisfy you and that the quality is up to par.
This being still important?

Hello
Thank you for the comment, but it would have been better to indicate it on the product because the comment is subjective.
Indeed, as previously indicated; the leather beret at 49 euros is not the same as the model at 85 and the one at 250 euros.
Then, it also depends on the expectations you have of the product because since we have been selling them, this is the first negative feedback.
Moreover, as indicated, if this model does not suit, it can be changed.

Good diversified site for hats, but high prices for identical products elsewhere. Too bad.
Unfriendly reception on the phone and not very commercial. Again, too bad.

hello
on one hand, you have to compare comparable things on the product but also on the service.
Indeed, products on the internet may seem similar but if you don't have the products in hand, it's difficult to compare unless you have the same reference. However, in the case of toques, these references are different.
Finally, we have a telephone reception while many other sites have no reception and no advice while we are present both online, by phone, and also in physical stores.
We are not perfect but at least we try to respond as best as we can to our customers and satisfy them.
I thought I had responded favorably to your messages and calls but I am sorry if I could not respond as you wish.
Best regards

Quality of the hats is very good. The delivery time is not respected and it was necessary to send a reminder email after the announced deadline and to call two days later for the order to finally be sent. A 'pen' was offered to me as compensation.
