In the case where the box does not smell good, it will be complicated for us to make a comment.
Indeed, can you send us photos to see if there was a spill of perfume or product on our box during delivery.
On our side, our boxes are made in Roanne in the Loire and none emit a smell that could be unbearable, especially since they are stored in our workspace.

With the weekend, it could only be delivered to the relay point on Tuesday due to road transport being blocked on weekends.

Many headgear are unisex across many models.
That's why it is found in both men's and women's sections.
However, for the sun hat reference 297, it will be complicated to say that it is a children's hat as we sold 100 pieces for an association and the people are adults.
The one size generally being 57 cm.

When there is no stock for a model, the waiting time is not given or not accessible from the customer's view. The hat arrived well, a week after the desired usage date!!! I will wear it anyway... but I am disappointed with the service.

However, in the hat manufacturers, this is currently not possible.
Many companies are small structures like ours and try to respond as quickly as possible.
However, the uncertainties of orders and people often mean that deadlines are not respected.
This despite everyone's good intentions.
If we also add the approximate deadlines of the different carriers, the deadlines for us are quite complicated to estimate.
