I ordered a navy blue sailor cap, the order confirmation states navy blue, the delivery note states navy blue, but the cap is white!
I paid €30 for express delivery, for a cap that is also worth €30 but is not the right one.

I was very disappointed with the Creusois hat whose felt is uncomfortable to wear as well as the paid return policy. The Creusois hat does not protect from the sun (the eyes) and it is very uncomfortable because I have ophthalmic migraines as soon as the sky is too bright or the sun shines. Too bad! I would have liked to exchange it but too many costs: return, shipping for reshipment, exchange shipping.

I am very satisfied with the TRACLET brand, fast and efficient. Regarding the site, improvements are needed: I bought a leather cap, but there is no specification about the type of leather on the presentation page!! It is only after on the invoice that it is specified as nappa leather, which is not sufficient as it can mean many things. That said, the cap is of excellent quality! Thank you.

For this felt bomb cap, the color is in loden color which is not olive green.
For the quality of the felt, we have all qualities as on this model we have this model at 26 euros but models in waterproof wool felt at 55 euros and a model in rabbit fur at 210 euros.
The quality of felt being very different.

I followed up with the site after the 4 weeks announced for the delivery of the hat, on a Monday; I had a representative informing me in writing about the arrival of the package at the end of the week and that was the case. Very nice double-corrugated package that consoled me from the long wait. I will use this hat, ordered in July, next summer ;-)
