Promise of delivery 2 to 3 weeks, took a total of 8 weeks after 4 calls, and repeated promises of 'delivery next week' which turned out to be false 3 times. Not reliable at all, terrible experience. Only positive point: perfectly friendly interlocutor each time.

Our manufacturer having production issues, we tried to do it as quickly as possible.
The rating is however harsh because the product is of quality. It should still be noted on the product.

I am very sad to give this rating because the problem is the return which remains at our expense, 8.70 without tracking otherwise it's 16 euros. Your collection is super beautiful and having custom hats is not easy.

Yes, this rating is very sad especially for us who try to offer quality items and unique design services. Especially since this return is not our fault.
We offer to refund shipping costs with Paypal but otherwise, currently we are not financially able to cover shipping costs.
Otherwise, we would be obliged like Amazon to call on investors and unfortunately the hat world is atypical;

Long-time customer and satisfied until now, I am very disappointed this time. More than 2 months of waiting, promises of receipt of goods and shipping not kept, no callbacks as promised, not a word of apology and finally, sending a hat that does not match the order, but 'looks like the one ordered' (according to Traclet). Result: I have to return the hat at my expense!
As said on the phone, Mr. Traclet, why did you not inform me of this before shipping??
It would have saved me costs and this very, very great dissatisfaction. Did you think I was stupid enough not to realize your trickery?!

We are sorry for not having explained to you before the shipment.
But I thought that during our phone conversation you understood our issue and I explained to you why we delivered this model to you.
We are trying to find a solution to deliver you a similar product and as I indicated to you, the current house has closed and we only found this solution. This hat model was similar and of quality too but it is true not identical to 100%.
As I proposed to you, I will make you a credit note or a refund of your shipping costs. Having received the hat on Saturday, I did not have time to take care of it, please excuse me.
So I am making you a proposal this Sunday, as I am quite touched by your comment.
Please send me a message if a credit note of 10 euros suits you.

We are sorry that the reversible Banks - Brixton Bob has not been restocked but we are unfortunately dependent on the manufacturer and we cannot offer an item if the brand no longer has it for now.
It is true that restocking can take several months or completely stop without information from the manufacturer and we are very sorry.
If you have specific requests, you can send us an email directly because a request on the product does not necessarily reach us.
