The photo of the Daniel Vial scarf on the site has nothing to do with the scarf received, which is not hand-painted, but a simple striped scarf. The return of merchandise is too complicated, I do not want to be forced to have a Paypal account.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The model is indeed a Daniel Vial model as it is our only manufacturer.
For the return shipping costs, it is still a proposed solution to have the return shipping costs.
Our store cannot cover these costs and Paypal is a solution to limit transport costs for our customers.
Best regards

The package arrived well, but just with 1 day delay. But it's not a big deal, the caps are very useful these days

very professional site; excellent products that were recommended to us by our dermatologist.
We would have just liked more precision regarding the exact delivery date as our product was out of stock and required a restock. We had no idea how long it would take.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes there was a delay in delivery due to a manufacturing issue.
However, normally the tracking was sent to your email as well as by text.
Did you not receive them?

The password for my user was sent to me by email IN PLAIN TEXT, this is a significant security issue for an online sales site!!
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
I did not see this as a security issue since the password is sent to your personal email address. In this case, if someone has stolen your email address; they can intervene even if it is not sent to your email because they will have a link instead.
Please explain your issue with the sending of the password because I do not see the problem well.

Site needs improvement. My choice (1) was not available, so I chose something else (2). Then, I received an email saying that this choice (2) was not available, but that I could revert to (1). So, a waste of time and a lack of coherence in the site's information.

Site with a lot of seriousness, stores open to calls, questions and therefore information.
Only downside, for an item at the price of the one I ordered, I would have liked a storage and maintenance guide with it.
