A bit complicated to see the same or similar products due to having to juggle with each manufacturer listed on this site. It would be better to see all the same searched items at once. The prices do not seem particularly attractive during sales.

The commercial effort made by your services during the negotiation is very interesting. This effort was appreciated by the Management at the signing of the order. The delivery is made within quick deadlines, which is convenient for us, manufacturers.

Delivery time correct (although not as fast as announced). Then, for the sizes, it's quite approximate. You have to try, you can't rely on it.

The colors of the products are not well identifiable, especially in dark shades, put a bit more light in your photos.

The photo on the site does not correspond to reality: the cap received is flatter and less rounded than in the photo

It would be good to indicate a restocking date for the missing products.

Overall, it's a nice site. Positive point, the origins of the products are indicated. However, I had some difficulties with the product search system, which I found not intuitive. For the rest, I have nothing to complain about.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, there was a delay but not two months; the order was placed on 21/12/17 and you received it on 19/01/17.
Moreover, if the size does not fit, it is of course possible to change it.
Finally, this is a military beret that does not sink like a Basque beret. So it should be worn on top and not pushed down.
Best regards Traclet
