I ordered a hat size 58 and received size 62. 10€ for the return.... the hat is also clearly labeled made in China which I did not see when purchasing it.

Hello, You did indeed order a size 58 cm Brixton hat, the size indicated on the manufacturer's label is indeed 58 cm. We verified with the confirmer during your return and the measured size is 59 cm. In no case is the size received a size 62 cm. Therefore, we have sent back the product in size 56 cm which is the size below at Brixton. Furthermore, you indicate that the hat is made in China. This information is clearly indicated on the product sheet. Twice a few years apart that I place an order. Each time it is too small! And yet I buy quite a few hats and caps so I know my size well. Okay, they take back the products but the return costs are at our expense. I don't think I will order again. However, they have a lot of choices apart from that!

What size do you wear? the ordered products are sizes S/M or 54/57 cm.
