Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

Wide choice of models, good quality of packaging

very good site! fast delivery and careful order.

Good but for some hats displayed in brown color, the photo does not match the color.

I would have rated it very good but the delivery was a bit long.

Well organized

My first order: perfect. My second order for the same product in 60 cm the color is not the one requested. I wanted anthracite you sent me a blue one. The verification service needs to be improved.

Good site

Very good

Fast delivery, customer service easily reachable. However, there is still the problem of package tracking. (Colissimo tracking links not functional)

very good!!! wide choice of products.

Good site with well-detailed products, however an error occurred in my order, I received a Joes Pignappa brown cap - Stetson ref 1990 instead of a Joes brown Stetson cap ref 340 (in leather with a perforated back part).
However, to avoid various formalities for a return, I decided to keep it since it suited me and I had hesitated with this one (being at the same price as the other at the time of purchase if my memory serves me right which is no longer the case today).
I think I will order again on this site because this cap remains a good product and the delivery was made quickly in careful packaging, only next time I will contact the store directly to be sure there are no errors in my order.
I hope to be able to give 5 stars to the site during my next order.

very practical

Deadline respected, important choice and well-sized package

professional and clear

the pork pie and the panama are impeccable.

a choice, a correct quality-price ratio, the delivery was not to the home (which is a shame) and one of the boxes was damaged during transport (without affecting the product).

I find it difficult to understand the difference between the different hats

Pleasant

Good value for money.
Lots of choices

I am waiting for an inner band...

you sent an email saying that my order did not go through and I restarted the order thinking that the first one had not gone through: result 2 same articles ordered and especially billed

nothing to say, correct!

inform the customer about the actual delivery time

GOOD

very much in line with what I hoped for but a bit expensive

well done

Great choice of hats and caps, serious and trustworthy merchant, delivery as promised even if the packaging of the hat remains basic.

Hat conforms in every way, beautiful model and well described on the site. Very fast delivery! Only downside: the gift wrap for an extra €2 was, let's say, very ugly. And the little note requested was written in black on the purple paper... Fortunately, the content is better than the packaging!

Varied, fast, products faithful to the description
