Very good site, appreciable choice and quality, especially when living in the Province where hat shops are rare. Discounts (by email) would be appreciated by customers as some models remain expensive. The packaging could also be improved, with a simple round cardboard box to store the hat, which would enhance the site's quality image.

Good for the delivery time, and handling of the order. A small downside when I received the package and saw the price of the hat, I expected a different quality of packaging and presentation because I had to clean the hat which was filled with small cardboard particles and lint. A small cover would have been appropriate.
