Wide choice of hats and brands. Competitive prices and serious customer service that does not hesitate to make small commercial gestures in some cases. Fast and careful shipping. Negative points: free shipping only from €90 and returns at the customer's expense...

The site is nice and the choice of hats is large.
Too bad the sizes are not more precise for each hat.

I ordered and paid for a Tilley hat nearly 10 days ago. To date, no delivery, no information on delays or setbacks, and no response to my inquiries. If the situation persists, I plan to inform Tilley in Canada.
