Delivery time too long

missing the cord to hold the hat, link that was represented in the photo, however the hat itself is of nice quality

The Stetson cap, I expected leather, not suede or nubuck, the hat has a slight defect on the alignment of the eyelets on the left, but surprised by the metallic insert to keep its shape and good leather as expected. Satisfied with my order overall, and see you later for another.

I still haven't received the hat, it's been fifteen days since I ordered and paid for it, I am angry, I was told 24 to 48 hours for delivery and nothing.

Very nice fabric but the edge is made of cardboard, and the model does not suit me because I don't have much hair. So the cap is not filled and falls on the skull. I will return it.

Having ordered a few flat caps, this is the first time I am disappointed with the product, not the color seen in the catalog at purchase.

Speed of shipping, product conforms to the description but the label was cut so you can see the cut white label on the green visor, it's not a nice finish, especially for a gift.

Hello, at the time I placed my order, I realized that I had made a SIZE ERROR, I ordered 2 straw hats of 52cm, instead of 1 of 52 cm and 1 of 53 cm, I asked if I could correct it, and in my emails I was told YES!!! TODAY, I find myself with 2 straw hats of 52 cm. Where is the customer service? No, I am not satisfied. The straw hats are of excellent quality, BUT !!!!

I received the package, but more than a month after the order. The delivery time was initially announced as 2 weeks. I never received a message saying that the package was delayed or anything. I had to contact customer service several times myself.

I received my order unfortunately the bucket hat is way too big even though the site states a size S/M which should have fit my head size...

I have bought the same hat several times with the same reference. These hats were made of cotton. The one I received is made of mixed fabric (70% cotton) and much lighter than the previous ones. Disappointment!

Too bad some products are not as they are supposed to be made in France

The hat I received did come quickly and the shipping was cheaper than expected. Only big problem, and it is a big one, the hat IS NOT Kangol like was advertised. It is a different brand. I will keep the hat I was sent anyway as I like it and it would be a pain to send back. In future, if you advertise Kangol, sell Kangol.

Exchange not received after 3 weeks and no news. This is not customer service!

one size fits all! But for small heads. An adjustment at the back of the hat would have been welcome. + a long delivery (after complaint).

When I received my package and opened it, the panama hat was sitting on an angle in the box with a small amount of packing material on top of it. The brim was warped from the pressure. The Deadman's hat was underneath the panama and also was sparsely protected with packing material. There were two cardboard hat rings in the box.... thrown on top of the two hats and useless for protective purposes. The packing material consisted of some tissue paper and some plastic bags. The box was much too large for the contents.

The products are of good quality. I just waited 19 days (plus 4 days for the July 14 holiday) to retrieve my package.

No complaints. Goods as described, fast shipping.

For now, the hat still hasn't been delivered... Maybe colissimo??

Order well received and well packaged

Last year, I ordered a hat for my husband. Everything went well. I ordered one for myself (size 55 cm). The label says 55 cm, but it actually measures 53 cm. I would like to return it and order another size. I really like the quality, but the size was a bit different this year.

Disappointed by the hat I bought. On the shopping site, you are asked to specify the size 56, 57, 58, etc... only to finally receive a size S, M, or L that does not correspond precisely to your size. The inner band is made of PVC (synthetic leather), which promotes sweating. There are significant color defects in the raffia, poorly placed, which I had to correct with a dye. So it's a meh because at this price, the quality is not there.

Very happy with my purchase. A bit disappointed with the delivery time being longer than expected.

The hat is pretty but it is soft and fragile. I expected a rigid weave that holds.

The size of the hat is a bit too big but it's impossible to use one of the adhesive strips because then it's impossible to wear the hat. But also for a hat designed for even hotter regions than others? Today it seems incredible this hat is very thick, warm and its color does not help the problem. Good luck!

Free shipping for orders over 90 euros is not automatic. Sending an email and follow-up to get a response. Delivery times not respected, several weeks instead of the announced 24h-72h. Still follow-ups by email to get a response... Fortunately, the quality of the hats is compliant.

I was very excited about the idea of ordering from this site, but my experience was very disappointing. First disappointment: an essential element regarding the hat is buried in the description. It is stated that it does not sink on the head but simply rests on it and is held in place by the tie. I did not see this when I ordered and the hat did not meet my expectations at all. I then wanted to exercise my right of withdrawal. The product sheet states that 'no exchange or refund is possible', which is particularly discouraging. After contacting customer service, my return was finally accepted, which shows that this mention is at least misleading. The return procedure is also unnecessarily complicated: you have to request authorization to return the item, wait for validation, print a first document received by email, then go to the FAQ to find a second form to print, complete and sign by hand before slipping it into the package. Nothing is simple or intuitive. Finally, return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. In my case, I had to pay nearly €10 to return an item that I simply tried at home. At a time when most sites offer simplified returns, this policy is very penalizing. Customer service did accept my return, but the entire purchasing and return process made me feel that everything was done to discourage customers from exercising their right of withdrawal. This is regrettable, as the products seem to be of quality.
