Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The site is easy to use, delivery is very fast and in accordance with the announcement, however, it was made on a rainy day, the box arrived wet and torn, fortunately the item is intact.

The return is at our expense, which I do not find very fair especially when the purchase was based on photos that do not really reflect reality...

There is a lack of a proper return service. A pre-established label for the return but if it is at the customer's expense, isn't it simpler?

The mobile version is not very practical. Moreover, it would be good to be able to use multiple filters during the search, including the origin of the product, the materials used, and the different attributes (waterproof, warm, etc.).

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, there is information that we will add to better explain the double cork colonial hat.
Ten years ago, our manufacturer made this model entirely lined with cork, but since then he has stopped production partly because during manufacturing the cork broke and thus the hat was unsellable.
But above all, the cork after a few months of use due to temperature changes broke and became without cork lining.
However, the model has continued but without this complete lining and simply with the band added to the inside of the hat to adjust the size and improve ventilation.
This differentiates it from the classic straw colonial hat.
Finally, if you want a classic colonial hat made like in Vietnam, we still have the authentic model that we have been offering for several years and which has not changed:
