Somewhat satisfied. Delivery times were long (no information regarding waiting time), and delivery was postponed without reason even though I had taken the day off expressly. Finally, I had to pay fees for delivery (13 euros import fees), fees that are not clearly stated when purchasing even though I am already paying delivery fees.

Very good responsiveness and quick response from customer service. Maybe make it clearer on the site that delivery times are based on the longest product to be distributed.

Customer service impossible to reach. Emails without response and a phone number but no answer either. Otherwise, very good for a basic order.

Hello, I regret to give a mediocre review as it is presumably my fault, indeed my cap corresponds perfectly to what I wanted but it is unfortunately too big.

Order placed and debited the first week of April and shipped, after a follow-up more than a month later, with 2 sizes smaller. Disappointing.

Very good brand, many choices, quality products, attractive website. Really nothing to complain about on the product side. If I don't give the maximum rating, it's simply for delivery reasons: I find it unfortunate that there is no possibility of home delivery, and that delivery to a pickup point is also charged. For products at a significant price (even if justified), and in a very competitive world at this level, it generates hesitation in ordering, perhaps for some customers, a purchase elsewhere.

Still no hat ordered on 04/05/2023 for 05/05/2023 I requested noting that it was not delivered on 05/05/2023 for the sum of 41.30€ paying the maximum price plus 2€ for another delivery to my home I am 84 years old that it be delivered on 09/05/2023 I paid again 2€ still nothing. 2 years ago 2 hats that I never received. Do you think this is HONEST

Cap sold as a creation of the Traclet house in waxed cotton Millerain, in fact it is a cap from the brand JAXON & JAMES with no certainty of the origin of the fabric that is found 45% cheaper on the site chapeauxetcasquettes.fr
This is therefore a shameful dishonesty from the seller.
