Good quality, a bit small size

We had a phone interview, during which we confirmed my order. I received one product out of the two ordered, and I won't receive the entirety of my order before my trip.

Delivery that was supposed to be scheduled in 2 parts because 1 item was missing for 3 weeks, so request to group the 4 purchases and without problem expected wait and OH surprise!! delivery of EVERYTHING 4 days after order, shipped to home because it was supposed to arrive upon our return
so absence at delivery received by a very nice neighbor without me being able to warn him
well not serious but curious management between order and delivery
OTHERWISE VERY nice ITEMS

An order of 2 items without communication. We wait, we wait, and one day we notice that the product is out of stock. We contact them because they do not keep you informed, no! The items arrive... Finally, there is only one product out of the 2, and still no communication. We call. "Oh oops, I will check". Another item out of stock. Damn, when I ordered everything was available though. Refund made without offering another solution beforehand, 24 hours before Christmas, great, it was a gift obviously. A proposal arrives, a similar item but more expensive and express shipping costs waived. Well, thank goodness, I paid shipping costs on my initial order with 2 items and I only received one! In short, no commercial gesture, I do not recommend even if, once everything received and everything offered, the person is delighted!

Fast delivery and good quality packaging. The site is not very user-friendly. It quickly becomes apparent that the requested filters are not applied! As a result, it's a bit of a hassle to find what we really want. Prices are within the norm. A bit expensive, but with enough searching, you can find cheap hats. However, I have never received a discount code.

The product is great, good value for money. But very little information about the delivery was communicated; I was left without news for nearly 2 weeks before having to fish for information to know what was happening. The exchange was complicated, but the product eventually arrived, well packaged and in line with my expectations.

The site is pleasant, the proposed products are interesting. The after-sales service seems efficient.

Very reliable site, delivery on time and item meets my expectations

Order placed on 15/11/22, received on 04/01/23. Announced delay 2 to 3 weeks... I sent a message twice, the Traclet house never bothered to respond.
Moreover, the item has no label, neither the manufacturer's name nor washing instructions. I am absolutely convinced that there was one, there is a trace and moreover there was a piece of thread that was used to attach this label!!!
The worst part is that when this label was removed, there was a little unfortunate scissor cut.

Only 3 stars because my order placed on 20/12, which was supposed to be delivered in 24 to 48 hours (planned as a Christmas gift), was delivered on 26/12 and at a pickup point much further away than the one selected!!! Failed Christmas gift... Thank you Traclet!

I would have liked to be informed (after my order) of the length of the delivery time,... And I appreciate little that it finally took place, but not at the last requested address!

Good site, quality and choice of items are good.
Only problem is the chronopost delivery service is totally failing.

the shipment was given for 3 to 5 days, it arrived in 3 days just before Christmas. Phew nothing to say about the expected speed.

For a delivery to overseas territories, they could charge tax-free since customs taxes upon arrival, ending up with more shipping and tax than the price of the item.
