We initially delivered the wrong product, so we sent you a second shipment with the correct product that you returned to us.
To confirm that the second product was compliant, we took a photo of the second product delivered with the product and a caliper to confirm the diameter and a second photo showing the foot mounted on a cane.
We acknowledge the first erroneous delivery, but for the second, it is indeed the correct product with the right dimensions. Moreover, this foot was also sold in the store in Roanne with the person in the store where we placed the foot on their cane.

The color we received on our site is indeed anthracite as indicated on your invoice. I have received my order before Christmas, thank you. I just have one disappointment regarding the lack of information about the French and artisanal manufacturing of the hat. I thought it would be more valued with, for example, a note attached to the order, explaining that it is a French product, in which city it was made, the name of the artisan. Or otherwise a logo, a label 'made in France'. I therefore feel like it is a scam...

Regarding the labeling, normally this hat has a Traclet logo that is associated with the size and its composition. These elements are glued to the bottom of the hat's crown.
