There was an error in the size of the cap received. Customer service immediately responded to me, the correct size was sent the next day, package delivered within two days with a return label for the wrong cap. Order with your eyes closed, because in case of a problem, customer service is great!

I ordered 2 hats and received them within the announced deadlines, so far so good. But one of the 2 hats is not the one I ordered.
I sent an email with a photo to Traclet on the same day (5 days ago) and I still have no response.
It is out of the question for me to return a product at MY EXPENSE due to an error that is not my fault.
Please respond to my email within 24 hours of posting my message.
*My request is legitimate and especially polite.
I am more than disappointed with your services.

Is the beret sent approximately 33 cm? Please let us know the diameter you received.
The inside of the beret is labeled Basque beret but the dimensions indeed make it a mountain hunter's beret.
