Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The product is not what I expected, the color rendering is misleading.

Easy to order, I received my package quite quickly. However, I do not like the cap I received at all because it was not highlighted on the site, it is very difficult to see the white visor of this cap which makes it horrible (sorry). I will request a refund.

Hello
Thank you for your message.
This specific feature of the visor is indeed highlighted by a single photo showing its visor that advances with its beige color.
It is certainly possible to return it for a refund if you do not like it.
Remaining at your disposal to exchange before proceeding.
Best regards

Order of a navy blue night cap, one size Ref RC074X.
One size too tight to fit all adults and teenagers. The quality seems acceptable.

Hello
Thank you for your message, it's strange that you had issues ordering from Switzerland.
We have many Swiss clients including the Grand Théâtre of Geneva.
What issue did you encounter during your order?

Navigating the site presents some difficulties in searching.
One example: You send me an email for a preview of the collection.
I then search for the leather cap which is only available in black on the search site.
Fortunately, you sent me information the next day presenting this
cap in brown color. Otherwise, there would have been no order
With my best regards.

Good reception on time, quality hat. Given the price, a nicer box and a note accompanying the hat would have been a good idea.

Just to say that size 61 is too tight for me and I would have needed a 62. There is a way to wear the beret military style, perched on the top of the head and well turned over the ears, a more relaxed, looser way, which would deserve larger sizes.

Hello
we have received your photo.
Yes, the cap is indeed of similar shape and quality, the linen is natural and the one received does not have the small speckled aspect.
Regarding the price of the cap at 29 euros, we have just sent you a proposal with a 5 euro discount for this inconvenience.
Best regards

I asked if they could add a second one if they had it. I was given the answer with the shipment. I would have preferred to be told by email and I could have added another cap. But maybe I wasn't clear!

The website does not indicate if the item is in stock in the color and size ordered. Traclet only informed me of this during my call when I was worried about not having news of my order. As soon as we agreed on another color, the customer service and delivery were very efficient.
