Delivered 4 months after the order after a refund request. No explanation. It's borderline dishonest.

Hello
Please excuse us for this delivery delay, our manufacturer has had significant delays in obtaining the Gore Tex membrane.
Furthermore, the order was shipped the day before your message.
We hope that the hat gives you complete satisfaction.
Remaining at your disposal.

Clear site, filled with good products, details, and advice. However, I think there are products that will no longer be restocked (depending on sizes), it should be more explicit on this point.

There are two different caps in the photos on the site, obviously I received the wrong one, what a shame!

I had asked for advice on the size and I was told that S/M would be a bit tight for size 58. But L/XL is a bit big. Wouldn't it be better to keep the classic sizes?

There was first an inability to scroll through the size menu, then there was an error due to the clumsy correction of the size labels on the site, still for the same chosen item.
But your responsiveness ultimately paid off, and everything is back to normal.

I still haven't received my hat.
It's been 3 months since I ordered a bowler hat.
After sending emails, I have remained without a response from you.
I do not recommend anyone to order a hat from Traclet.

The site is well made. The hat I received is of good quality. Only downside: I ordered a size 56/57 and received a size 57, so a bit too big. A detail, however.

I am very happy with my hat, but I wanted it in black and I received it in green: it is very difficult to know which color was chosen on the site, there is only one photo in black (for the hat I took anyway) and no visual difference when clicking on one color or another: I didn't even realize I was ordering in green... this could be improved on the site.

False description on the site. Hat that was supposed to have a lining inside (hence my choice for this cap) but ultimately did not have one... no gesture from the manager in the face of their mistake... (and an email with lots of spelling mistakes!).

Translated reviews

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 16/09/2021

Hello
as indicated by email, yes we made a mistake in the description, we indicated a polyester cap while it is the gros grain inside. We proposed an exchange with a cap that has a lining. It is true that I make spelling mistakes, I am not perfect but I try to respond to you as best as I can by finding a solution which was in this case an exchange of model since you wanted a cap with a lining.
Remaining at your disposal to exchange and find a solution.
Best regards
Traclet Sebastien
