Happy to receive my Australian hat at 12 PM today, March 15, 2021. I put it on my head immediately while doing the most important thing for me, which is to lift the edges using the side snap buttons. A minute later, without forcing at all, I wanted to lower the sides to see my hat fully open and, to my unpleasant surprise, the left eyelet (male fitting) came out of the fabric, pulled by the female fitting button; leaving an unusable hole now. Expensive for what it is. Part of the very thin double-sided adhesive film that overflows on the side of the fabric that will be in contact with the forehead: when you remove the protective film, at each end of the piece to be glued, a sticky rectangle will necessarily be against the forehead. the head reducers have a sticky part that extends on the other side so that it is held during delivery.
When sending from us, a part is unstuck to facilitate the removal of the protective film. It is then easy to do the same on the other sides.
