The issue comes from the delivery. Therefore, do not use La Poste - Colissimo anymore, there are only problems with them: delays in the announced delivery date, change of the requested pickup point, the new pickup point being very far, unpleasant, slow, incompetent postal employees... Please change the delivery method.

I will keep the cap because it suits me, but it is CLEARLY NOT the same color as the photos available on the site.
After a previous order canceled because the photos corresponded to another item, I would really encourage Traclet to make an effort on the quality of the photos proposed on the site: the competition does not show such amateurism.

The site is well made and appealing. The staff I contacted by email seemed friendly and attentive. However, as I mentioned below in a comment and as I warned you today by email, the package tracking indicates that it is stuck in Lyon, which is unfortunately very unsatisfactory.
