Website a bit messy, hard to find the type of hat. A bit of a shame.

Simple navigation, fast shipping. But big problem, impossible to reach customer service (phone or email) for a good return to proceed with an exchange for a larger size.

The service was fast and precise, however I ordered a royal blue beret and the color is too dark for a royal blue. It was for a gift and I am disappointed

I first received a different product than the one I ordered. The error was acknowledged and the correct product was sent.

This time, I say average. We have known much better. Previous orders, delivery in 48 hours flat. But here, more than a week. No need to blame it on Covid, the credit card was charged as quickly as usual but the order departure dragged on. Hoping it will be better next time.

Cap received in poor condition and poor finishes... very disappointed

Delivery later than announced (5 weeks instead of the 2-3 weeks planned). The hat is beautiful and well made but quite fragile (straw hat).

The only remark is that I had a hat like this one and it had a bit more structure!!!!

Delivery times extremely long, without explanations or apologies... Regarding the games, even if you win, you receive nothing. Not reliable, indifference towards the customer.

Problem with the IT system. We go in circles when we have the password issue and the need to order and that 'my account' cannot complete normally

Order placed on 04/06/2020, without news for 2 weeks I send a message and receive a response on the 20th saying: "The wide-brimmed hat will be shipped at the beginning of next week. Normally, you should receive it Wednesday or Thursday at your home." Not receiving anything, I follow up and receive a response on the 26th informing me that the production of the hat was completed that day. Additional delays are not always a problem, but sometimes you may need a product within a specific timeframe and - if necessary - need to organize if timely delivery is not possible. The product seems to be of good quality, but a customer service that does not communicate does not necessarily make you want to order again.

I had difficulty finding your entire offer.

I find the website not very attractive and modern. The products are so beautiful and of good quality when you receive your package which is well packaged by the way, and I find it a shame that the website does not showcase your magnificent products.
