Order sent very late with no email information, I had to call several times to get information. I ordered a size 46, it arrived as a 47 and the hat was twisted by the box too small. Really disappointed.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello Andrea,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your order did not meet your expectations and we wish to find a solution to this situation.
First, please excuse us for this delivery delay.
For your order, you had ordered a size M which is 56 -57 cm, if it is too small, we have it in size L which is 58-59 cm.
It is therefore possible to make an exchange.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards,
The Traclet Hat Team
