the delivery time, (more than a month) is really too long, and the quality of the hats is a bit disappointing. (or maybe it requires a higher price, but then it seems excessive considering what can be found locally.

The received item is of good quality. The color corresponds well to the photo that the store sent me. Fortunately, I did not rely on the photo on the site, which is very different.

Pretty hat, but it doesn't look much like the pictures and the faux fur seems a bit rough. Maybe it would be good to film the items and note the quality of the faux fur based on criteria?

Order arrived on time even though I asked to add an item after placing my order. Customer service on Saturday, very responsive, thank you very much. Quality products, careful packaging, great promotions during Black Friday, I am thrilled to have been able to buy Made in France for these berets. Unthinkable for me to take Chinese products.
