Hat too big. Cut not great. Color not compliant (too dark brown and not red).

Bought a hat advertised as Stetson but in actual fact was a JJs Cap. I have started the return process, however I have found out that as I live in the UK the postage cost doesn’t make this viable. So I’m stuck with a cap I don’t really want.

Hello, I wrote you an email on September 11, six days ago, in which I explained the problem, but I have not yet received a response. Below, I am attaching the text of the email. Hello, I bought from your online store the hat 7765-78771, order number LSXYMQLAE September 5, 2026, but I received the model 2642. The photo on your website is also different, as you can see in the attached photos. Although it is only slightly different, it is precisely for these small details that I chose to buy it from your site, even though it was more expensive than on other online stores. Moreover, the hat was protected for shipping by a simple thin plastic bag and it arrived a bit wrinkled and slightly stained. Finally, I take this opportunity to point out that your site indicates that shipping is free from 90 € of purchase, without further precision or exception, but I had to pay 5 € even though the hat cost 110 €. Please let me know the procedure to return this item and receive the Sweet Seduction hat that I ordered, without decoration on top and with more decoration under the brim. Sincerely, Mirco Ricci

I actually really like this hat though it is unnapped. Basically it's kind of has a rustic finish to it, but it looks very good.
