Honestly, everything went well. I am happy with my four purchases on the Traclet site. Package arrived on time. Excellent follow-up. Very good packaging. It is very likely that I will buy other items with Traclet! What more could you ask for???

I ordered 2 hats of the same size and brand. 1 model fits me well but the other is way too big. I was able to return it and get a refund. What I find abnormal is having to pay 12.00 euros for shipping to return it.
