Great choice for this quality company. The contact with customer service was helpful and the representative very accommodating (request for widening the headband). Very good commercial experience.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
First of all, thank you for your feedback.
Can you tell us the issue encountered while navigating our site?
Then, for the Irish cap, we have several qualities of fabric.
The cap you chose is an authentic Irish cap with Irish fabric.
We also have it in City sport manufacturing which is a Belgian production with thicker fabric and less artisanal finishing.
Finally, we also have Italian productions.
Remaining at your disposal to better understand your message.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Having sent the hat box, the closure was working well before shipping.
According to the photos received yesterday, the closure is broken.
Did you contact an opening on the packaging box because I made the package and tested the opening, it was working very well.
As indicated last night during our phone conversation, we are checking with the workshop if we can get the broken part.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

exactly what I wanted, referring to Leonard Cohen's stage outfit. Made in Italy, it does not deny the strong ties of the artist with the boot

I was very surprised and disappointed by the very bright color, I thought I was ordering a mustard yellow (it appears like that on the site) and ended up with a very bright yellow that did not match the color of the costume. It would be important to specify this on the site, this is the first time I notice such a color discrepancy, I have often ordered from you.

I asked if the product was suitable for a head size of 57cm and for my large surface this is really very very tight. Moreover, the hook at the back of the cap is now off-center since it is stretched to the maximum. It was meant to be a gift... My son is sad. Otherwise, the product was delivered quickly and was well packaged so that it did not suffer from the inconveniences of travel. Have a good day
