Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The choice of delivery location, which was very important to me, is very complicated to make on the site. After some trial and error, I finally found the store where I absolutely wanted the delivery to be made. But I almost abandoned the order for this reason.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, normally the system for positioning pickup points is identical on all sites offering this service. What is the problem encountered? Once you have entered your address, the points appear on a map and you have the available pickup points. We hope that the hat gives you complete satisfaction. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

It's not well organized to find the site when you don't have the company Tracklet.

Very disappointed! I ordered a S/M hat, usually the S fits me very well. The same with 2 reducers, still too big. No commercial gesture on the shipping or return resulting in nearly 15€ lost for ultimately having nothing! Really disappointed!!!!

Order placed over a month ago due to restocking; I can understand that, but when I send an email to inquire about this slowness (politely but firmly in the absence of any information), I receive an email the next morning informing me that my order has been shipped... I remain rather skeptical about the reason mentioned above. Obviously, communication with customers is not Traclet's strong suit; I am quite disappointed, which motivates my average rating.

5 stars but you deserve more, both for the quality of the hat and the perfect finish, but also for the care in the packaging for shipping, and it is a real pleasure to receive an order treated with great attention, and for all this I recommend, thank you
