I hope this is an exception, but 5 months between order and delivery is way too long! That said, the welcome at the store was impeccable, and the people answering the phone calls were cordial.

Very satisfied except that I wear a size 57 hat and I am a big hat wearer and yours is a bit loose, but it's not a big deal, I ordered some strips to adjust it

Completely satisfied with the service, the incredible quality of the hat, I had sent a message regarding the choice of the scarf on my hat and it was taken into account, everything is well explained regarding the measurements to avoid mistakes. Ultra fast shipping, I am very happy with my choice and I recommend 100% buying hats from TRACLET.
