High quality leather cap without defects, impeccable finish while nappa is not easy to work with (very fragile like leather). As for the waterproof product, nano technology is easy to apply for an unparalleled finish and effectiveness, at a very reasonable price.

A beautiful hat at a very interesting price. Moreover, a model "Chazelles sur Lyon", a city in the Loire, former capital of the hat where I lived for ten years in the sixties. So many memories come back with this purchase! Perfect.

I ordered two items in two separate orders. Their acknowledgment was immediate and the delivery was very fast within three days. The received items were addressed in packaging that guaranteed their protection and both leather docker hats met my expectations. This supplier is very serious. Thank you.

Very professional, express delivery is express delivery, the sellers and the site are in a field they certainly master. No tricks or problems to report, it was perfect however, there was a nice feather on the hat I ordered, why is it not provided with it? Especially from the Stetson brand which generally provides it, it's not a big deal, watch out for the first pigeon I meet on the street!

I followed the size recommendations for a cap, but I should have probably taken my size. What bothers me is that I have to pay for the return of said headgear... we'll see how the refund is handled...

I received the order well, thank you. But I did not expect to have 32.80 CHF for delivery. Big disappointment also on the parts supposed to cover the ears; at the front there is an open space that lets in air, it is very uncomfortable. I will need to call a craftsman to remedy this problem. Otherwise, the product is of good quality. The site seems incompatible with Firefox, I had to finish the order by phone and email.

The product search results on the site do not seem complete (difference between search bar results and filter search). Apart from that, the site is very pleasant, the delivery is very good (product well packaged) and within very good deadlines.
