Easy to use. Very complete. Practical. Searches by themes without difficulty.
A few more photos in some cases would be nice, like photos in context.

Always satisfied with my orders, except that the Indy Jones hat I just bought is slightly too big. The last Toronto in size S is also impeccable.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, yes we had a delay in our delivery due to a defect in the pressure of the T3 hat, the time to restock took a bit of time.
We hope, however, that the hat will give you complete satisfaction.
Best regards

Stetson penn
That Stetson stop having its hats made in the Czech Republic.
I have never seen such poor quality.
I have been buying Stetson for 40 years and I have never seen such a low-end fedora

The site is very good, delivery very fast. Without being a complaint, some hats that interested me were not available and others did not have my size, but overall, nothing serious.

1.5 months delay in delivery after follow-up, not even a commercial gesture, just "excuse us!"

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, the normal delay is 4-6 weeks and currently our manufacturer, like many others, has a lot of delays in their production due to fabric supply constraints.
We have of course apologized for this delay because we believe the quality is there, but currently everyone is making commercial gestures.
Please find below a code specially for you associated only with your account for a gift voucher worth 30 euros (code 9LNZXPAE).
We hope that this delay does not tarnish the quality of the hat and that it will give you complete satisfaction.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards

Quality hat. Nice effect. However, order tracking is insufficient. Given a 2-week delay and 4 weeks later it is sent following 2 email and phone complaints. Arrived on time the day before my wedding.
