The site is well designed. The photos are pretty.
Easy navigation.
However, the fact that most products are made to order gives an impression of drop shipping.
The colors in the photos differ slightly from the received item.
Otherwise, it's great

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, please excuse us if we made a model error. What is the reference that has an issue and what model did you receive? Can you send us a photo of the model to [email protected]? Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

I was looking for a hat to protect myself from the sun in summer (skin disease), with wide brims, the right size (neither too tight nor too wide). I followed the site's suggestions for measuring head circumference. I relied on the sizing information provided by the site. After some concerns due to ordering without being able to try physically... the hat that arrived is just the right size :-) Thank you :-)
