Good contacts with the hat shop before buying. Satisfied with the bucket hat that protects well from the sun. Durability to be seen in use. Giving feedback after a few months of use would be more interesting.

I will be completely honest, the hat itself is beautiful but the after-sales service has been terrible. I sent so many messages for my delivery to be made. The waiting time was not respected. To say during the purchase that we would have the order within 40 days, which was not the case. I waited more than 60 days to receive my order. At one point, I thought this online store was a scam.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, it's true that a Pharrell hat in red in size 62 cm is not easy to find, we are one of the last hat makers to offer this service. We understand your impatience to receive this unique hat. However, the master hat maker who makes it is the only one crafting it and on this model, it is completely molded by hand, especially since size 62 cm is a less common size. Despite this very negative note, we hope the hat gives you complete satisfaction. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien, Hat Maker.
