Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
I have been waiting for three days for a response from the seller because my hat is too big and I would like to return it.

Beautiful beret but the description is misleading.
- the beret does not have 10% cashmere, the inner label says "100% wool".
- the diameter is not 30 but 27 cm!
This is not the same product!
