Nothing to say about the products. But 4 days late without information from Colissimo. Complete package but rebuilt by the carrier (sticker).

Despite a stock shortage, the delivery time was very very good. The site is correct. Should specify the level of thermal insulation provided by the different chapkas with a clear index. That would be a real plus.

Hello
I am very dissatisfied with the service because I had to send an email to get my product which was ordered on November 21 and ordered for Christmas
Taking more than a month to send a product seems completely unacceptable to me
I have received neither apologies nor explanations for the delay
Best regards
