Very nice winter beret, of good quality. The one size is a bit small for me, I think the elastic will gradually stretch and adjust.

I ordered 2 hats and received them within the announced deadlines, so far so good. But one of the 2 hats is not the one I ordered.
I sent an email with a photo to Traclet on the same day (5 days ago) and I still have no response.
It is out of the question for me to return a product at MY EXPENSE due to an error that is not my fault.
Please respond to my email within 24 hours of posting my message.
*My request is legitimate and especially polite.
I am more than disappointed with your services.
