Very nice hat. Not pure white but a softer shade. Item declared as restocking and therefore with a delivery delay of 1 to 2 weeks, but it arrived in less than a week. For Christmas so not yet gifted.

Perfect Hermes red, very nice quality and good finishes, the only point to criticize which does not concern me is the one-size-fits-all, I do not have a large head circumference, but for many people it would be too small

Hello. When choosing the delivery method, I opted to have the 3 ordered hats delivered to my home without mandatory signature. This allowed me not to be present at the time of delivery. In the end, the choice of packaging was not suitable for a standard mailbox, and therefore could not fit inside. In the end, I had to go pick up my package at the post office. Please adapt your packaging to mailboxes, especially since three hats should fit in many mailboxes!!!

2 points to absolutely improve I think:
- The package arrived almost open as the craft tape used is fragile, and there was no protection against crushing the hat... really not great.
- The quality of the hat: I still spent 70 euros on this hat, and it's almost like a joke costume hat... a bit better finished, but the quality and sturdiness of the hat for this price is really below what we expect...
