Hello
We have two qualities of military berets.
If this one does not suit you, we have the military beret from laulhere which is higher quality.
It is certainly possible to change it.
Remaining at your disposal

The one-size cap being too tight, I had to return it. I regret that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I should have inquired beforehand.

Careful delivery, hats well packaged. We chose French (Traclet) and Italian products, so the quality was unsurprising. For a perfectly reasonable price.

Hello
The indicated delay was indeed stated as 3/5 weeks for manufacturing.
For the person you called, you called the store and not the website.
The person kept you informed in addition to the various emails that were sent to you for the
Tracking of your order.
We hope that the hat meets your satisfaction.
Remaining at your disposal at 0477714058 to discuss it.
Best regards
