Nothing to complain about, fast delivery, hat shipped in perfect packaging, a small detail that is not due to Chapellerie Traclet, a barely visible felt/pen mark of about two cm on one side, as this hat is intended for hiking, it will see others...

If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have heard anything about a cane purchased for a birthday on 04/18. It arrived 12 days later on 04/30, the day of the birthday, phew!!

Not satisfied at all: navigation on the site, delivery time, wrong information and communication.
Moreover, dishonesty not to say before validation and payment that the item ordered is out of stock.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
Thank you for indicating the improvements to be made because on one hand the bicorne is in the special hats category and it is possible to find it immediately on the search engine.
Then the information on the delivery time is noted in red on the site when choosing the size and repeated in the order summary and a third time an email is sent to warn of a delay.
Remaining at your disposal to improve the system.
Best regards
