Very good, whether in the choice of models and prices.
Order processed super quickly and delivery just as much.
And what a joy to have received this gift for my dad. Great
Maybe you could add the possibility for the buyer to include a message when it is a gift.

Fast delivery, the hat is as ordered. You can adjust the head size, which is a nice surprise, as it is a bit large compared to my head size.

After paying for the product ordered online, I received a message from TRACLET informing me that there would be a delay in its delivery due to stock shortages!
Then, two days later, an email from TRACLET indicated that the cap was... being shipped!! I was completely confused; anyway, my order did arrive. It may have been a lack of coordination between the services.
Regarding the delivery, even though I had specified that this package was intended for an elderly person with reduced mobility, etc... and that I had communicated her mobile number so she could be contacted during delivery, the person in charge of delivering the package did not contact the recipient (even though her mobile number was prominently displayed on the package!), and was about to leave without dropping off the package while the recipient was at home.

After looking at all the French hat shop websites, Traclet is by far the most comprehensive site in terms of choice, easy to use, modern and friendly.
